Owen at 2 weeks!!

I can't believe he is already 2 weeks old, and yet I feel like he has been around forever.

Sorry that I haven't posted lately. My mother in law was here this week and took some great pictures however our usb stick thing is stupid and won't let me get the pictures off of it so I have to get them again.

Cooper Loves to hold Owen. He asks all the time to hold his brother.

This picture cracks me up. It makes Cooper look HUGE and Owen look TINY.
Chris wrapped up Owen and told Cooper that he is a burrito baby, so Cooper wanted to be a burrito also.

BABY OWEN

BABY OWEN IS HERE!!

He came December 3 2010 at 9:01 am weighing in at 8lbs 2oz and 20 3/4 inches his head was 13inches. He is PERFECT!! oh and he has a HEAD OF HAIR!!

Cooper adores him and was so excited to see and HOLD his little brother. He had to sit with whoever was holding Owen and had hold him also.

Sorry that there are no pictures yet I didn't take any with my camera,yet, but there were about 5 others with cameras so I will get some up as soon as I can.

We are at Riverbend until Monday morning so If you would like to come for a visit either call me or Chris and we will let you know what times are good!

Mega picture Update

So I have been really bad about updating.. so in randomness and just to get it done before I have my baby TOMORROW(friday) I thought I should get some pictures up just to let myself at least be able to remember what has been going on. So in no particular order here are some of the latest..

The Jones family(minus Kevin) at Thanksgiving

I made my parents get a Thanksgiving weekend because I wanted to be a part of it!! We went to Pepiots and cut down a tree. Here is Chris. I hardly ever get a shot of him so here he is.

Carrying the tree. Cooper even "helped" cut the tree down. He found a stick and sawed at the tree while Chris cut it down.

Cooper was so excited about the snow we got, he couldn't wait to get outside. Chris took himn about by 8 am

He thought it was fun to smash snow on the window while Grandma and I sat there.

This is a shirt that I made Cooper. Its made using freezer paper stenciling. I saw it done on my friends blog and had to try it.

Nothing better than a roll of masking tape and matchbox cars!!!! Cooper loved it!


All is going well here and we are excited to bring Owen in to the world on Dec. 3. Cooper talks about Baby Owen coming to see him so we will see how it goes when he actually comes


oh and is anyone else having trouble loading videos to blogger . it keeps trying to load them through youtube(which I have never loaded them to) and then they won't play

So I am finally getting pictures of Halloween up. Cooper dressed up as "Woody" this year. He was so excited about his costume and asked to put it on all the time. He loved being a cowboy.

We only went to a few houses, he got a tootsie pop sucker at one house and didn't want to go anywhere else he wanted to go home to eat it.

Here is cooper with his pumpkins. Chris asked him where to put the eyes nose and mouth. and he put them where Cooper said.

Since some have asked (and mom made me so she could send it to Kevin)

Here I am at 36 weekseverything is going great. I have one more ultrasound on Thursday the 11th to measure the size of the baby one more time since I am measuring about 4weeks ahead. after that we will know for sure what we are going to do.


Oh and Cooper no longer sleeps in a Crib!! He has been sleeping in a BIG(and i mean big its a queen) boy bed for about 2 weeks now and so far had done great.

Cooper celebrated his 2nd birthday on October 19. I can't believe he is already 2!!!

He found my camera and WANTED me to take pictures of him. He kept saying "I do cheese" and then would want to see the picture on the camera after every time.

This is what I saw the other day when I walked into the kitchen

then when I got closer I discovered this

he was hiding with his "friends" and for the rest of the day he would ask me where they were and then run to the cupboard and yell "I find you"

the "Cool Dude" he was so proud that he put the glasses on all by himself

he cracks us up everyday and we love him so much

he can sing "I am a Child of God" all by himself
he can count to 14
he loves to read books
he sings songs all the time
play-doh is fantastic
he is a big fan of Mickey mouse club house (he loves the Hot dog song)
he sings most of the abc's
loves to go to football games with Papa and get a tiger paw stamp
he is afraid of kids that are smaller than him but will play great with anyone that is the same size or bigger.
asks, on a daily basis, to go to the dr and listen to baby owen :)

I love this kid.
